Tara’s journey with tea began in her family kitchen, where "having a cuppa" was a cherished daily ritual. This deep-rooted love led her to pursue a diploma in tea blending, where she delved into the art and science of tea leaves. When the universe nudged her with the concept of High Frequency Tea, she knew it was time to act.

As a respected practitioner on Australia's Sunshine Coast, Tara blends her expertise in Tea Blending and Clinical Kinesiology to amplify wellness. Her work goes beyond crafting exceptional teas; it’s about harnessing the transformative power of water consciousness and energy frequencies.
